Directions
Drop it in and mix it how you like it! The choice is yours. Enjoy in cold, hot or sparkling water, with a hint of flavor or bolder flavor. Use anytime when you need assistance with stress or relaxation.
SHAKE WELL: Mix 1-2 full droppers in 8-16 ounces of hot, cold or sparkling water. Enjoy as often as desired.

Loved the taste, the only problem with the flavor I particular is that the flavor gets really thick at the bottom and I feel like I am losing out on some of the product.

I first had this beverage before a massage. Now I use it on those nights when I wake up and can't get back to sleep for 1-2 hours. Instead of fighting it, I get up and have a dropperful in a smaller amount of water and go back to bed. Normally, within 30 minutes I am able to fall into a lovely dream state and finish the night with sleep. There is NO residual hangover as you get with sleep aids. It tastes great, induces relaxation and puts my mind to rest!
